Your practitioner
Ayurvedic practitioner, clinical nutritionist and the heart behind Arogya Studio. Priyanka's work sits gently at the meeting point of ancient Indian wisdom and the realities of modern life in London.

Her story
Priyanka grew up in a home where wellness wasn't a wellness industry — it was simply life. Warm oil in her mother's hands. Turmeric and ghee for grazed knees. Tulsi tea for restless evenings. The kind of care that didn't need a name because it had always been there.
Years later, after watching a close family member move through a slow, difficult illness — and seeing how much gentleness, food, breath and ritual shaped their healing — something quietly clicked. The remedies of her childhood weren't folklore. They were medicine. And the world, with all its rushing, was hungry for them again.
That moment shaped everything. She trained in classical Ayurveda, layered on an MSc in Clinical Nutrition at Nottingham and an MBA in Health from UCL, and went on to practise as an Ayurvedic doctor at Harrods in London — where she met women from every walk of life, all carrying the same quiet exhaustion.
Over the years, she's walked alongside hundreds of clients — new mothers running on empty, professionals burning out at thirty, women navigating perimenopause, and anyone simply looking for a calmer way to live. The feedback has been remarkably similar: "I finally feel heard. I finally feel like myself."
Arogya Studio is the natural next step — a quiet, personal space where the wisdom of her grandmother's kitchen meets the rigour of modern clinical care. Traditional rituals, considered nutrition, and an unhurried way of being with each person who walks through the door.
"Ayurveda doesn't ask you to leave your modern life behind. It teaches you to live it more gently — to slow what can be slowed, to nourish what's depleted, and to come back to yourself, one small ritual at a time."
Philosophy
At Arogya Studio, treatments are restorative experiences — not medical procedures. Rituals are traditionally used to support relaxation, ease tension and promote a sense of calm and wellbeing. Please consult your GP or healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
